Download the app and open it. Give each client's folder a level: Watch only, Ask me or Strict.
- Day 2–3
Run your first AI job on a copy
Ask Claude Code or Codex CLI for a real piece of client work. It works on a copy and waits for your yes.
- Day 4–6
Say yes, and watch the record fill in
Let in what you want. Keep out what you don't. Turn on watching for the AI tools you already use.
- Day 7
Make your first evidence pack
Pick the week and the clients, and make the pack. That's the answer you can hand over.
