Your console. Your servers. Nothing to us.
For larger firms: run your own console to set rules, watch every computer and keep the record. Here's what your admins can do, and what they can show.
What admins do
What your admins
can do.
Each step says what you do, what you see and what you get.
- 1
Run the console on your own server
- You do
- Set it up on a server you own, or a small computer in the office.
- You see
- Every computer, rule and record in one place.
- You get
- One view of the firm. Nothing goes to us.
- 2
Let people sign in with your work accounts
- You do
- Connect the sign-in your firm already uses.
- You see
- Admins sign in the way they do for other work tools. Leavers lose access.
- You get
- No new passwords to manage.
- 3
Set rules for the whole firm
- You do
- Write the rules once. A second admin says yes.
- You see
- The rules reach every computer.
- You get
- No single admin can loosen them alone.
- 4
Keep people off certain matters
- You do
- Name the people who must stay away from a matter.
- You see
- They are turned away on every computer they use.
- You get
- Walls that hold, with a note each time.
- 5
Follow each client's AI rules
- You do
- Enter a client's rules, like "no online AI".
- You see
- The rules applied on every computer that works for that client.
- You get
- A report you can send that client.
- 6
Route AI to your own accounts
- You do
- Choose which AI accounts the firm may use.
- You see
- Each AI request goes only where you allowed.
- You get
- Cost by matter, without keeping what was typed.
- 7
Export the record when asked
- You do
- Pick a period, a person or a matter.
- You see
- A file a court, regulator or reviewer can check.
- You get
- An answer you can stand behind.
One view
Every computer,
one view.
Rules version, app version and last check-in for every computer, with alerts in plain words.

haven't shown yet.
Written down before you ask.
What it doesn't do →Not yet tried with a live company sign-in account.
Exports were checked here, not yet loaded into the tools your reviewers use.
Running a backup console has been tried on one machine, not two.
The Windows app hasn't run on Windows yet.
Not done yet. Code escrow and insurance are planned, not in place.

Priced for each person.
Questions
Security
questions.
The questions reviewers ask first. Deeper answers come in the review packet, under an NDA.
Trust →Does any of our data reach you?
No. The apps and the console run on your machines. Nothing comes to us.
What if the console itself is broken into?
Each computer checks what the console sends against what your firm set up. The console can't loosen your rules, fake a yes, delete records or read files.
Can one of our admins cover something up?
Not without it showing. A change to the record shows up when it's checked. Big changes need two people.
What happens if your company goes away?
Everything runs on your machines and keeps working. Code escrow for contracts is planned.
Will this slow our people down?
Start in Watch only. It notes what happens and asks nothing. Turn on stricter levels where you choose.
Can it stop data going to AI at all?
For the folders and clients you choose, AI tools are turned away. On AI websites, it warns before files or text are sent.
Do you have an outside security review?
Not yet. It is planned before the first large contract.
We need deeper answers.
Ask for the security review packet. We send it under an NDA.
